The Jera executive desk by Las Mobili is properly made — which, in a sector that rewards appearances over construction, is worth stating plainly. The 90 mm worktop is not a veneer over a standard frame: it is a self-supporting MDF shell, torsion-resistant, silent under keyboard use, and built to take the weight of a working day without movement or flex. The structural side panels and back of the bespoke office desk, upholstered in eco-leather with visible linear stitching, create a material dialogue with the timber surface — wood to the hand, leather to the eye — that Orlandini Design resolved with enough care to avoid the obvious.
Configured to disappear
The integrated top-access unit — available in standard or multi-function versions with twin Schuko sockets, dual RJ45 Cat.6 data ports and two USB charger outlets — retracts flush with the worktop surface. Pedestals are load-bearing, not decorative additions. Totem cabinets open touch-release, illuminate by proximity sensor, carry no handles. Available in five timber finishes (Grey Elm, Bali Walnut, Black, Wengé, Grey Beige) and four eco-leather options (Grey, Slate, Black, Mud). Desks in three widths (185, 210, 240 cm) with a lateral extension on request, conference tables at 210 and 280 cm. Direct distribution from Las Mobili: supply chain without intermediaries, lead time controlled.

Tell us which finishes you'd like to assess
We supply Jera directly from Las Mobili in Italy to UK addresses under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms — import duties and customs clearance are handled on our side, so your client receives a single net cost with no surprise charges on delivery. Lead times are confirmed in writing at order stage — configuration by configuration, before you commit. For phased fitouts we coordinate partial deliveries. All documentation required by UK customs — commercial invoice, packing list, EUR.1 or origin declaration — is provided as standard. The short version: Brexit adds paperwork for us, not for you.
It's the right question to ask before the order, not after installation. The multi-function top-access on Jera is fitted with Schuko (Type F) sockets, which are the European continental standard — not BS 1363 (UK three-pin). In practice, most UK corporate and professional offices address this one of two ways: either through the RJ45 Cat.6 data ports and USB charger outlets, which are universal and handle the majority of day-to-day desk charging needs, or by using Schuko-to-UK adaptors for occasional equipment. For fitouts where BS 1363 sockets are a hard requirement, raise this at specification stage — Las Mobili's technical office can advise on available alternatives for UK-specific configurations. We flag this proactively on every UK quotation.
Las Mobili provides the following for Jera, all current to the February 2026 revision: 3D models in pCon format (downloadable from the product page), technical data sheet with full component descriptions and material specifications, finish and fabric library, and product images at press resolution. For FF&E schedules we supply a component-level bill of materials with Las Mobili product codes — useful for procurement tracking across a multi-office fitout. Certifications are available among the downloadable documents on the product page; for tender-specific requirements we coordinate any additional documentation on your behalf — one contact, not three.
The 90 mm top is the architectural datum of Jera. It gives the desk a defined horizontal weight, sets the proportion for the whole room and prevents the workstation from looking temporary. In specification terms, it helps align desk, meeting table and storage within one visual system.
Yes, particularly where privacy, order and professional gravity matter. Jera has enough material presence for client-facing rooms, but its detailing remains controlled: cable access, pedestal storage, lateral extension and coordinated units keep the office operational, not ceremonial.
5 steps written for A&D and Procurement managers
Jera desks are available at 1,850, 2,100 and 2,400 mm wide — all at a fixed depth of 1,050 mm. The depth is non-negotiable and worth checking against your floor plan before progressing. In a standard UK director's office of 15–20 sq m, the 1,850 mm configuration is the specification of choice; it provides adequate worksurface without compressing circulation space. The 2,100 mm version is appropriate where a front return (1,600 × 800 mm) is also specified. Download the pCon 3D models from las.it before your first client presentation — they drop cleanly into standard CAD environments.
The top-access decision should be made before the fitout's electrical first fix, not after. The multi-function unit requires a 13A spur from the floor void or floor box, with a 2-metre cable run to the desk — coordinate this with the M&E engineer at RIBA Stage 4. If the specification is the standard top-access (no integrated sockets), cable management is handled via the existing floor void without additional M&E input. For UK-specific socket requirements, raise the Schuko question at this stage — see FAQ above.
The five timber finishes — Grey Elm, Bali Walnut, Black, Wengé, Grey Beige — behave differently under different light sources. Grey Elm reads warm under incandescent or warm LED; it reads cooler under daylight. Wengé under direct downlighting can look heavier than intended. We send a physical sample set to your studio; the sample cost is credited in full against a confirmed order. For projects where the client will be making the final finish decision, this step is not optional — a screen renders neither the grain nor the eco-leather texture accurately enough for a commitment of this scale.
Send us a scaled PDF or DWG of the office — floor plan, ceiling height, wall construction type (relevant for suspended cabinet fixings), and any existing electrical positions. We return a full component specification with Las Mobili product codes, a dimensioned plan showing circulation clearances, and — on request — a rendered 3D view for client presentation. As direct distributors of Las Mobili in the UK market, we hold the specification conversation with the factory on your behalf: one point of contact from initial enquiry through to delivery.
Jera arrives flat-packed; a standard configuration (desk, pedestal, two suspended cabinets) installs in half a day. Wall-fixing for suspended cabinets requires knowledge of the wall construction type — provide this in advance so fixings are specified correctly (we cover plasterboard, masonry and stud). Delivery and installation are coordinated project by project with your main contractor. For multi-office projects, we phase deliveries to site programme — confirm the handover date for each floor at order stage, not on the week of delivery.
