You reach the company that will place the order, not a form that forwards it
Enquiries for Italian furniture have a habit of ending up somewhere other than where they were sent: a form that becomes a lead, an agent who passes it along, a marketplace that resells it. This address is the other kind. What you write here reaches the company that will price the job, place the order with the manufacturer, book the shipment and answer the telephone if a crate turns up with a corner missing.
The offices — commercial, administrative and registered — are in San Benedetto del Tronto, on the Italian Adriatic coast. Italian product, Italian service: we are the distributor, and the only step between the workshop that builds your furniture and the floor it will stand on. Which is why one quotation, one order and one person cover the whole job, whether it is a boardroom in Dublin or twelve desks in Rotterdam.
Two lines make the first reply far more useful than a general enquiry does: what the space has to do and roughly for how many people, then where it goes and by when. A plan helps even as a dimensioned sketch. And before anyone books a flight — this is a working office rather than a display space; visits are welcome by arrangement, and some materials are better seen at the manufacturer, which we will set up.

FAQ
Which countries do you supply from this office?
In practice, most of them: this office quotes and ships across Europe, the Middle East, Asia and further afield, and the delivery terms are written into every quotation so responsibility is settled before anything moves. What changes from one country to the next is the transport and the paperwork, not the people you deal with.
Do you work with architects and dealers as well as end clients?
Both, and differently. A practice usually needs technical data, finish references and drawings solid enough to go into a specification. A client furnishing their own premises usually needs two or three comparable options and a straight answer on timing. Say which you are in the first message and the reply arrives in the right shape.
Can you supply an Italian make you do not show on the site?
Usually, yes. What you see published is what we work with most often, not the boundary of what we can source: the same manufacturing districts, and the makers in them, are a phone call from this desk. Send the make and model, or simply the page where you found it, and you will get an answer on availability and lead time rather than a polite no.
What do you need before you can quote?
Less than most people prepare. What the space is for, an approximate quantity, the delivery address and the date it has to be in place. Finishes, options and alternatives at a different level all follow easily once those four are on the table — and the quotation arrives with the terms of delivery written on it.
Who arranges transport once the furniture is ready?
We do, as part of the job rather than as something you organise afterwards: several manufacturers consolidated into one shipment where that makes sense, the freight itself, and the formalities the destination requires. It is also why the reply to a delay is a new date rather than a suggestion that you contact the carrier.
How to brief us so the first reply is already useful
Five lines, sent once, save a fortnight of correspondence.
Say what the space has to do
An operations floor, a boardroom that doubles as a showroom, a warehouse aisle. Intended use narrows the shortlist far more than taste does.
Give a quantity, even a rough one
Twelve desks or two hundred changes which manufacturer we start from, because production batches and lead times behave differently at each scale.
Name the destination and the date
The address decides the transport and the formalities; the date decides which ranges are realistic. Both belong in the first message, not the fourth.
Attach the plan, however rough
A dimensioned sketch is enough to move the conversation from generic suggestions to a layout with quantities set against it.
Say if there is a level you cannot exceed
Not so we can tell you what to spend, but so nobody wastes a week on ranges that were never an option. It shortens everything that follows.
