Bespoke: size, colour, finish
Every company has one table where things actually get decided — and it is photographed, judged and sat at by every client who matters. I-Meet by Las Mobili, designed by Nikolas Chachamis, is built for that table's double duty: representation above, engineering below. Above: tops in 30 mm MDF with 3d-foil and smoothed corners — Grey Elm, Bali Walnut, Black, Wengé, White, Grey Beige — or 12 mm tempered glass, rear-lacquered in Black with polished edges, fixed by steel plates bonded to its underside. Below: legs in 70 x 20 mm steel, matt black or polished chrome, on Ø 60 mm adjustable feet.
The system thinks modular: terminal and central legs combine, 50 x 20 mm stiffening beams are pre-drilled, and assembly runs on fast metal connections with taper screws — so the same family configures square and rectangular tables for small and medium meeting rooms as well as large board rooms. The table grows with the agenda, not against it.
A technical room under the top
The under-top wire management container — an MDF bay in the six table finishes — houses cable risers, linear runs and the technical kit: schuko, voice and data sockets anchored to an internal cable channel, plus every excess metre of cable. You reach it two ways: from above, through the aluminium top access with dual tilting opening (with or without built-in sockets, black dust brush on both), or from the side, through the snap-open panel. Around the table, the family completes the room: a credenza on ring-shaped legs (chrome or matt black) and a lectern with chrome-effect trim and integrated cable-ways. Tell us which finishes you'd like to assess
Through the legs. I-Meet's terminal and central legs are designed to combine: modules aggregate along 50 x 20 mm pre-drilled beams into square or rectangular tables of very different lengths — from the four-seat meeting room to the large board room — with fast metal connections and taper screws doing the assembly. One design language, one finish palette, every room size in between.
Into a dedicated room under the top. The wire management container — an MDF bay finished like the table — houses the risers, the linear cable runs and the technical kit: schuko, voice and data sockets anchor to an internal channel, and excess metres disappear with them. You service it from above through the top access, or from the side through the snap-open panel — no crawling under the boardroom table in front of guests.
Glass is the representation move: 12 mm tempered, rear-lacquered Black, polished edges, fixed by steel plates bonded underneath so no hardware interrupts the surface — with chrome legs it is the classic boardroom statement. The 3d-foil tops (30 mm MDF, smoothed corners) are the warmer, everyday-resistant choice, in six finishes from Grey Elm to Bali Walnut. Same structure under both, so the choice is register, not engineering.
By how the room works. The socket version puts power and charging at the table surface, ready before every meeting; the socketless version is a clean lid over the wire bay for rooms where technology lives in the container below. Both are painted aluminium (Black or White), both open with a dual tilting flap, and both carry a black dust brush so cables pass with the lid closed.
Because a meeting room is more than its table. The credenza — 3D-foil fronts on ring-shaped chrome or black legs — holds documents, catering and the room's spare technology at hand height. The lectern, with its chrome-effect trim and built-in cable-ways, turns the same room into a townhall or council stage. Specifying all three keeps one language in the room. Finish samples are available; their cost is fully credited when the order is confirmed.
For office managers and A&D teams: five I-Meet decisions that make the decision room work.
List the rooms and their headcounts: I-Meet's terminal and central legs aggregate into square and rectangular tables for small, medium and board-size rooms. Choosing the module logic first means the family scales when the rooms change.
Specify the wire management container under every table and decide per room between top access with sockets (power at the surface) or without (clean lid, technology in the bay). Remember the lateral snap-open panel: facilities will thank you at every reconfiguration.
Black rear-lacquered glass with polished chrome legs for representation rooms; Grey Elm, Bali Walnut or Grey Beige 3d-foil with matt black for working rooms. Same structure, same wire bay — the register is a finish decision.
The credenza on ring legs hosts catering, documents and spare equipment; the lectern with cable-ways makes the room townhall-ready. Ordering them with the table keeps handles, trims and finishes in one language.
3d-foil, lacquered glass and chrome read differently under your lighting: approve physical samples on site — the cost is fully credited when the order is confirmed. Then fix in writing the module configuration, top type, top-access version and the credenza/lectern finishes.
