The claim rests on named choices — a structure in die-cast aluminium, a material the sheet calls renowned for durability, resistant upholstery fabrics and finishes that hold their look after intense use. An executive chair is rarely replaced on a whim; this one is engineered so you will not want to.

The collection answers three briefs with three constructions: Una Chair with a single suspended membrane in mesh, fabric or leather, Una Executive with shaped cushions for meeting and executive rooms, and Una Plus Executive, the flexing monocoque with synchronised tilt for the private office. Heights run from the fixed meeting models to seats of 44–59 cm (17.3–23.2 in), with low or high backs. Una Stool carries the same design to counter height. What actually changes between Una Chair, Una Executive and Una Plus Executive?
The way each one carries you. Una Chair seats you on a single tensioned membrane in mesh, fabric or leather; Una Executive adds shaped polyurethane cushions on a carrier membrane; Una Plus Executive is a flexing monocoque with elastic suspension, overlaid cushions and a synchronised mechanism. Frame and design language stay the same across the three.
Where does Una Stool fit on an executive floor?
ICF dedicates it to multifunctional spaces: stand-up meeting zones, waiting areas, receptions, relax corners and airports. The seat rises from 57 to 73 cm (22.4–28.7 in) and a height-adjustable chromed footrest ring keeps the posture comfortable at counter height.
Can the mesh of Una Chair be washed with water?
Yes — and that is unusual for an executive chair. ICF indicates dusting with a vacuum or a soft non-metallic brush, washing with water and a mild detergent, rinsing and air drying. Fabric versions instead must be kept dry and cleaned with dry fabric detergents.
Which castors come as standard?
Black castors Ø 50 mm (2 in) with a soft tread for hard floors — marble, wood, tiles — and a safety brake to EN 12529:2001. Hard-tread castors are available on request, and the top cover comes in chromed zama or black plastic to match the base finish.
Why does Una Plus Executive come only on a five-star base with castors?
Because it is the desk chair of the family: ICF pairs its synchronised tilt with a five-star die-cast aluminium base on Ø 65 mm (2.6 in) braked castors. The four-star bases with glides belong to the meeting and visitor models of Una Chair and Una Executive.

Reading Una Chair sizes before you order

Five measures decide comfort and fit across the Una range. Read them in order and the specification writes itself.

Start from the seat height
Adjustable Una Chair models run 44–56 cm (17.3–22 in), Una Executive 47–59 cm, Una Plus Executive 46–60 cm. Fixed meeting versions sit at 46 and 49 cm.
Check the two widths
With closed armrests Una Chair and Una Executive measure 60 cm (23.6 in); without, 51 cm (20 in). Una Plus Executive reaches 70 cm (27.6 in) — count your table clearances accordingly.
Match the back to the room
Low backs keep sightlines open around a meeting table; high backs give the executive versions their presence. Total heights span roughly 86 to 138 cm (33.9–54.3 in) across the range.
Mind the constant depth
Una Chair and Una Executive keep a 48 cm (18.9 in) depth throughout, the Plus 46 cm — useful when rows of chairs must align along a boardroom table.
Give the stool its clearance
Una Stool tops out at 113 cm (44.5 in) with its footrest ring at Ø 50 cm (19.7 in): allow for it around counters and stand-up points before fixing the layout.
