GO by Colombini Office splits the decision in two: GO EASY stands on melamine supports 35 mm thick, so the frame reads as furniture; GO STEEL stands on 120×40 mm tubular metal with a 60×30 mm crossbeam, so the frame reads as engineering.

Everything above the frame stays the same — the same 35 mm melamine tops or 10 mm glass, the same finishes, the same service units — which means the choice is about the character of the room and not about the specification. The collection also includes meeting tables, on the same two structures, so a director's office and its meeting room speak one language.
