What did you have in mind?

Bespoke: size, colour, finish

Most metal in a washroom announces itself. Allure does the opposite: CEA Design describes its polished finish as a negation of matter, a surface in which the product disappears into its own reflections, almost a mirage. You see the room, the light and the tile before you see the tap.

That effect is deliberate and it is not applied everywhere. The polished handle is what defines the collection; the edge and all complementary elements are kept in satin stainless steel, so the reflection has a frame and never spills across the whole piece. Designed by Natalino Malasorti, the collection was conceived as a jewel to be set into the walls of the bathroom.

For a boardroom washroom, an executive floor or a hotel suite, these designer taps give a specifier one reflective element and a quiet setting around it. La Mercanti supplies CEA Design across the UK and internationally, from selection to delivered site.

FAQ

Which part of Allure is polished and which is satin?
The handle carries the polished surface that defines the collection; the edge and all complementary elements are in satin stainless steel.
Is the whole collection made from one material?
Yes, stainless steel throughout: the difference between the parts is the finish, not the material.
Are finishes other than steel available?
CEA Design lists Black Diamond, Bronze, Copper, Light Gold and Black Ivory among its special finishes.
Is Allure suitable for a hotel or an office washroom?
Yes. It is a bathroom collection used in residential, hospitality and executive projects; La Mercanti quotes complete washrooms, not single pieces.
Does the manufacturer publish cleaning instructions for this collection?
The press material does not include them; ask La Mercanti for the care sheet before handover.
Do you supply internationally?
Yes. La Mercanti follows CEA Design projects in the UK and across international markets.

How to build the bathroom parts list before you order

Five steps for architects and project managers who want the schedule complete before the first order goes out.

Walk the room and name every visible piece
Basin tap, shower controls, waste, accessories and brackets: what is not on the list on day one is bought in a hurry later.
Separate what belongs to the collection
Some pieces come from the tap collection and some from elsewhere; mark which is which before pricing.
Count the rooms, not the types
A schedule by room catches the small variations that a schedule by product always hides.
Leave a line for the finish of each item
One reference per line avoids the moment on site when two pieces arrive in different tones.
Have the list confirmed back to you
Send the schedule to La Mercanti and ask for it to be restated in the order confirmation.
