Every modular seating system arrives with a padding chart. Zinta starts one step earlier, because its Eating version can be specified with the shell left completely visible — no pad on the seat, no pad on the back, nothing to re-cover in five years. What is left is the wooden body itself, available in various finishes and carried by a metal frame, which is the part the producer describes as warm and durable at the same time. For a canteen or a fast-turnover dining area that is a maintenance decision more than an aesthetic one: a surface that is wiped rather than laundered. The same Eating version also exists with a pad applied to the seating surface, and the collection continues with Lounge and Waiting, each with its own padding logic; every version accepts fabrics, leathers and coated fabrics. Which of the seven configurations belongs in which room is the only real decision here, and it is the one La Mercanti writes down for you.
