Quinti publishes a short list of places where its seating has been installed, and One Hundred appears in one of them: Hill Town, a hospitality complex in Cortona, in the province of Arezzo, dated 2026. The manufacturer describes it as a living organism in which every space is connected to the next, furnished with the That’s It and Deep Hospitality armchairs, the Hill armchair and, in the manufacturer’s own words, the One Hundred modular system. For a buyer this means one thing: the system has already been through a real hospitality site, a few kilometres from the factory in Cesa.
Among the reception seating we offer from Quinti, One Hundred is the simplest to read. Two elements: a seat with backrest, 100 × 100 cm (39 3/8 in square) with an 80 cm (31 1/2 in) seat depth, and an ottoman of the same footprint, 38 cm (15 in) high. Both sit on a load-bearing plywood frame with variable-density polyurethane and elastic straps, on adjustable feet. The rows are closed by an upholstered armrest, 20 cm (7 7/8 in) wide and only sold within a composition, or by a painted wood armrest with a pad in wood or fabric. The sofa modules are the same whether they furnish a reception and lobby or a guest house.
What sits around the two modules: a lumbar cushion of 82 × 13 × 38 cm (32 1/4 × 5 1/8 × 15 in), the PICKR wiring with two 5 V USB sockets, a version built with fire-retardant foams approved to the Italian 1IM class, and upholstery from categories 2 to 8 plus IM, with Crepè excluded. The same elements are offered for home and office. La Mercanti sends the manufacturer’s project page together with the dimensioned plan, so the client can see the system in use before choosing fabrics.

FAQ
How much space does One Hundred take up on a lorry or in a lift?
Quinti gives a packed volume for each element: 1 m³ (35.3 cu ft) for the seat module and the same for the ottoman, 0.5 m³ (17.7 cu ft) for the upholstered armrest and 0.43 m³ (15.2 cu ft) for the wood armrest. A six-seat scheme with two end pieces travels in roughly seven cubic metres, which is the number to give the building manager when booking the goods lift.
Why does the manufacturer put elastic straps inside the seat?
The seat is built on a plywood frame padded with variable-density polyurethane, and Quinti adds elastic straps inside the structure to increase comfort: they let the cushion give under the sitter instead of resting on a rigid board. It is the same construction on the seat module and on the ottoman.
Is every fabric in the Quinti collection available on One Hundred?
Almost. Quinti lists categories 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 8 and IM for this system, and marks one fabric as not feasible on it: Crepè. Everything else in those categories, from the recycled polyesters to the full-grain leathers, can be specified.
What is the correct way to clean the fabric on One Hundred?
Quinti refers to the care and washing instructions printed in the fabric section of its colour chart, which differ by material, and asks users to take care with sharp objects, because upholstery can be cut or torn. For leather the rule is a damp white cloth with water only and a 24-hour test on a hidden area before any cleaning product.
How should the modules be lifted when the reception is rearranged?
By the load-bearing structure, never by the upholstery or the cushions: that is the manufacturer’s instruction for lifting and moving. The seat module weighs 24 kg (53 lb) and the ottoman 20 kg (44 lb), so one person per module is enough, and the modules must not be stood on or loaded off-centre.
How to write a One Hundred order line by line
The codes and choices that make up a One Hundred order from Quinti, in the sequence that avoids a second round of questions.
List the One Hundred modules
Start with the seat elements, code QX861000000, and the ottomans, QX86P000000: one line per quantity. Both are 100 × 100 cm (39 3/8 in square), so the plan already tells you how many of each.
Add the end pieces with a side
Each row ends with either the upholstered armrest QX86BRI0000 or the painted wood armrest QX86BR00000, and both are ordered as left or right. The upholstered one exists only within a composition, so it is listed with the modules it belongs to.
Choose the wood and the pad
For the wood armrest, pick one of the four finishes, open-pore black, Moka, natural or walnut, and state whether the pad is in painted wood or upholstered. Two separate choices on the same line.
Specify the upholstery category
Write the fabric or leather name and its category, 2 to 8 or IM, remembering that Crepè is not feasible on this system. If the site requires fire-retardant foams, add the 1IM version to every upholstered element.
Close with the accessories
Lumbar cushions X086CUS, one per seat where longer waits are expected, and the PICKR wiring with two USB sockets, stating which module receives it. With these lines the order is complete and can be confirmed in writing.
