Fitted wall

The FITTED WALL is composed of vertical bearing frames and bottom and top elements in plastic laminate hardboard panels. They are 22 mm thick and in anthracite grey colour. The bearing structure is entirely finished with a black air-filled gasket to improve sound-proofing. The wall vertical sides are fitted with eyelets that allow the passage of wires and cables and with levelling feet in the lower part to adapt the wall to irregular floors or ceilings. The feet are adjusted by means of a hexagonal wrench that must be inserted in the seat at the base of the cabinet, without any need to modify any of the wall components. The top and bottom elements are connected to the cabinet frame through metal joints. They are easy to assemble and disassemble, also after the wall has been mounted. The outside dimension of the finished module is 46.2 cm (internal net dimension: 42,6). It is composed of 18 mm thick plastic laminate hardboard backs and doors. All surfaces are scratchproof, anti-reflection and washable, and they are all compliant with the regulations in force concerning the release of toxic and noxious substances such as FORMALDEHYDE (panel are Class E1). Wood doors are finished with thick rounded ABS gaskets on all sides, glass doors may be in toughened glass either polished or inserted in an aluminium profile in colour anodised silver. A dust-proof bar that runs along the door side improves the wall sound-proofing. The hinges (external) are in Zn+Al+Mg and nickel die cast alloy with a 180° opening. Door knobs are rounded, nickel finished, with an anti-slip design for a better grip. They can be fitted with a vertical bar lock, with three locking points. The backs are mounted on the wall vertical side elements by means of metal joints and steel springs. The wall sides are perforated from top to bottom with holes at 32 mm from each other, to allow the insertion of any internal elements such as shelves, filing cabinet, document boxes, metal shelves etc.
